Japanese Yahoo! marketplaces restrict bulk Pokémon TCG resale listings from October 13

The Pokémon Company and LINE Yahoo introduced restrictions on Yahoo! Auctions and Yahoo! Flea Market in Japan, effective October 13, banning carton listings of Pokémon cards and listings of empty booster boxes and packs. The platforms also limit large quantities of the same product listed shortly after release, starting with the 30th Celebration set. Individual cards may still be sold.
